Rendezvous · Town & Country Campground, Winnipeg: Start point relocated from Carberry after western-Manitoba flooding and campground/road closures. Advance parking Fri Sep 11 & Sat Sep 12, 1:00–4:00 PM. Sunday, Sep 13 arrival windows and site numbers were emailed rig by rig in late August — park within your window, not the general one. Full 30/50-amp hookups; T&C hosts the Meet & Greet and Welcome Dinner.

No open fires: Manitoba is extremely dry and burning restrictions are in force across much of the route — no open fires during the caravan. The caravan carries a propane fire pit and tank for group use. Expect to see wildfire damage; the province-wide state of emergency has been lifted.

Bring on arrival: a completed Medical Emergency Form per person, sealed in a named envelope — collected in Winnipeg, opened only in an emergency, returned before you leave. Blanks available on site. Full prep list on the Before You Go page, with detail on the community service project, the train to Churchill, winterizing in Thompson, the Tundra Buggy Lodge, dog sledding at Wapusk, and average and live weather for every stop.

Good to know: Times and tours are subject to change without notice. Most breakfasts and many lunches/dinners are on your own; “included” tags mark meals, tours and gratuities covered by the kitty fee. Churchill meals, tours and gratuities are all in the kitty fee.

Deparkers at Winnipeg: the caravan co-leaders.
