Manitoba Conservation's Polar Bear Alert team logs every bear that turns up in or around Churchill, and moves the persistent ones to the holding facility until the bay freezes. The Town posts their weekly tally; this card picks it up automatically.

Advance parking Fri Sep 11 & Sat Sep 12, 1:00–4:00 PM. Sunday, Sep 13 arrival windows and site numbers were emailed to each rig individually — go by yours. No open fires this year — Manitoba burning restrictions are in force; the caravan brings a propane fire pit.
